Rental Rates

2300 € per week (except Christmas and D-Day)

These rates are plus electricity usage during your stay and electric and oil for heat in the winter.  There is a small French tax charged extra that is .40 Euro per person per night (2.80 per person per week).  The rental price also  includes cleaning on check out. Linens are optional with an additional charge. (There is a washing machine and dryer on the premises along with a clothes lines for drying.)

Rentals are by the week.  Check in is on Sunday.  Check in at 3 p.m. and check out at 10:00 a.m.

Small pets are allowed and there is an additional 40 € charge per week.

During the summer months we do not rent for partial weeks.  During the winter months it maybe possible to rent for a partial week.  The minimum stay though is 4 nights.For deposit payments we accept International Moneyorders, European Bank Transfers, Visa, Mastercard or Paypal.For payment of the rental charges we can only accept European Bank Transfers.
